Report content and optional contact details you provide are shared with the organization that operates the location you are reporting about. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

SMS / text messaging

We only send text messages to a mobile number when the reporter has explicitly opted in by checking the SMS consent box on the report form. Providing a phone number alone does not opt you in.

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are used only to send updates related to the report you submitted.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
