Use of the service

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not submit false, misleading, or abusive reports. Organizations are responsible for how they use report data and for obtaining any required consent before sending communications (such as SMS) to reporters.

SMS terms

By checking the SMS consent box on a report form and providing a mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Fix It First about the note, feedback, or report you submitted, including acknowledgements and status updates.

Message frequency varies based on the activity of the report you submitted. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclaimer of warranties
