Description of service
Fix It First provides a platform for reporting and managing issues at physical locations. Organizations use the service to collect reports from the public and to send updates to reporters who have opted in.
Use of the service
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not submit false, misleading, or abusive reports. Organizations are responsible for how they use report data and for obtaining any required consent before sending communications (such as SMS) to reporters.
Review requests and third-party platforms
Fix It First may offer optional features that let an organization invite a reporter to leave a review on a third-party platform, such as Google, Facebook, or TripAdvisor. These features are a convenience. The organization decides whether to use them, which platform any invitation points to, and whether to include a review link at all.
Each review platform sets its own rules for how businesses may request or collect reviews, and some restrict or prohibit soliciting reviews. The organization is solely responsible for using any review-request feature in compliance with the terms, policies, and guidelines of the applicable platform and with all applicable laws, including those governing electronic communications and consent. Fix It First does not control third-party platform policies and is not liable for an organization's use of these features or for any consequence of that use, including the removal of a review or a listing by a third-party platform.
SMS terms
By checking the SMS consent box on a report form and providing a mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Fix It First about the note, feedback, or report you submitted, including acknowledgements and status updates.
Message frequency varies based on the activity of the report you submitted. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
